We made this for our Thanksgiving weekend and it was superb! For us, the topping was dry, very textured/granular, and sugary. This looks great. Whoop! I used half amount of sugar and braeburn apples. Instead of using oil in the topping, I left it out & replaced the coconut sugar with pure maple syrup. Even going back to throw in the extra half of the oats. If they are certified gluten-free you shouldn’t have any issues with cross contamination. Only thing I personally would change would be the amount of sugar in the apple mix.
